Scott, The webbing in place of the lifelines sure makes the boat more comfortable to sail, very wise choice to want to keep it . I think most of the boats have replaced theirs. I don't think the original type is still available, but if you find Bill Layton on this board you'll find that his company sells the webbing replacements in ready made configurations . I want to replace the original strapping in the cockpit of my boat. Does anyone know a place that sells the tubed webbing. I have found all sorts of webbing for sale by the foot, but it is either too narrow or too wide. Also, none of it is tubed (which I would like too keep with).
Many thanks for ideas as to where to find it. Scott |
