I want to replace the original strapping in the cockpit of my boat. Does anyone know a place that sells the tubed webbing. I have found all sorts of webbing for sale by the foot, but it is either too narrow or too wide. Also, none of it is tubed (which I would like too keep with).

Many thanks for ideas as to where to find it.
Scott

Scott,

The webbing in place of the lifelines sure makes the boat more comfortable to sail, very wise choice to want to keep it .

I think most of the boats have replaced theirs. I don't think the original type is still available, but if you find Bill Layton on this board you'll find that his company sells the webbing replacements in ready made configurations .

Happy sailing!
