Wich tool is best suited to cut the kevlar hull of the L28? I need to cut a hole in my port cockpit seat to install a Lewmar window.

I used a sawzall with fine hacksaw blade. Drill the 4 corners first with a drill diameter to match the radius of the corners.

the only thing that worries me about a sawzall is the vibration can have a bad effect with gelcoat chipping and cracking.........just my 2cents

Another option which works great on fiberglass is a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder using a thin fiber disk for cutting steel. Lots of dust.
