My forward deck hatch was cracked and repaired prior to me buying the boat. This year my foredeck had an accident and damamged it further. I don't think it can be repaired. Does anyone know if there are replacements out there?
Thanks,
Scott

I doubt there are any replacements avaiable; i'm sure these were custom jobs. I would first call Bill Layton at the quantem loft and ask him what he suggests. Failing that take what's left of the hatch to a plastics manufacturer and ask them if they can make a replacement.

Mine broke today, anyone have a source for a replacement hatch?
If not, I'm considering whether it's easier to make a mold from the old pieces and make a composite hatch or install a lewmar or similar.

I am in for one. Mine is cracked. I will check with a plastic place downtown Hamilton. Any other sources?

I called the local plastic manufacture. He is talking 160. That is a phone quote , so it subject to change.

I've had two made at Plastics America in Tampa. I don't recall, but 160 sounds about right.
The first time they did it I had them "repair" the old hatch by scabbing a piece of plastic across the crack and then use the old hatch as a mold for the new hatch. I kept the old hatch to use for future repairs. If you wish to contract with Plastics America I'm happy to loan them my old hatch as a pattern. Plastics America - 1-800-881-3711.
