I wasn't quite sure which thread to stick this on....
I had some play in my tiller where it attaches to the rudder post cap. This is due to the wear of the stainless bolt on the aluminum casting.
The normal action would be to drill the case hole larger and use a larger bolt or bushing. The standard bushing requires quite a large hole which I wanted to avoid.
I found this Igus bushing on Amazon (search 2MTR5 or MYI-05-05) https://www.amazon.com/Flanged-Bearing-16-IDx5-PK5/dp/B007IB6AMQ/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=2MTR5&qid=1592676837&sr=8-1

This flanged bushing is flexible and thin so I was able to insert it in the existing hole. I reused the existing bolt so there is still a tiny bit of play but the bushings are holding up and protecting the aluminum.
