I just rec'd this message from Keith Strutt about his closing and an offer to help us again, please read below and contact Keith if you'd like any parts or spares for your BUKH engine. Hi Bill, As previously mentioned Crinmar will be closing this year. I will shut all down after Thanksgiving. I
plan to put in 1 more parts order to Bukh before then and would like to
offer you and all Laser 28 sailors the opportunity to buy
whatever you need at a 30% discount. Bukh charges $75. if order
total is less than $600. Courier costs will add approx. $100. to total
order. If order is over $1,000. Crinmar will pay courier cost. Local shipping is extra. If you want to put together a list of parts I will be happy to offer a quote. If

Every day stuff: Water pump impellers, Fuel filters, Fuel bleed screw gaskets (same as saildrive drain gasket), Zinc AnnodeThese parts needed for replacing the head gasket: Head gasket Thermostat housing gaskets (2) Exhaust elbow gasket Valve cover gasket

I have corresponded with Keith at Crinmar and he said he would place a last order in late October for early November delivery. He already has enough orders to meet Bukh's minimum shipping requirement. He is looking forward to retirement so let's get the orders to him ASAP. Ron ------------- Hull 147 - Angel's Share |
