Voila on the west coast, Vancouver, BC is now for sale. Brought from Kingston 5 yrs ago and kept in immaculate condition by fussy owner. Engine is flushed with fresh water after every use. Over 10k spent on upgrades. Blue hull/white transom. Blue/Green cushions/soft lockers. White galley. Spare engine/leg/prop/zincs. Laser 28 "Hyder Ally" for sale. Chesapeake Bay (Maryland) boat. Kevlar with excellent Bukh. Slightly modified for MORC. Consistant winner in PHRF and MORC. "Fat Head" 5 batten Kevlar main, Kevlar genoa. Large, class spinnaker and non- penalty pole and sail also (saves 6 sec/mi in PHRF). Jumper struts added. Genoa inhauler system (like Mumm 30), Spectron backstay, internal alum. atwartships beam at aft end of V berth. Recovered cushions. Great boat. Could use an Awlgrip job. Currently blue (faded like blue jeans!). The Laser 28 is a boat that responds well to good handling, tuning and modifications - high speed potential. $19,000. US.
