Mast Step

   The mast step on one of our Lasers broke loose.  I had a boat body shop fix it and now the mast sits about 1.5 inches higher in the step than it did before.  What problems, if any, will this cause?

	I think you may have the wrong site. This is the "Laser 28" forum as opposed to the "Laser" forum. Having graduated from the later i recognize the problem. If so, you shouldn't have too much problem if you don't race or sail in lots of wind. But see www.laser.org for more info.
