Is a 155% class legal or are we still a 153? Be nice to not have to buy two head-sails for those of us that race PHRF at our home club .

The difference between a 153% and a 155 is marginal at best. The new rules spec'd the 155% as the current class genoa. You can read the rules here

I believe the 153% had an LP of 4.53m so that translates to a 155% genoa having an LP that is 1.18 inches greater than a 153%. Not much at all but the original rules re genoa size were meant to mirror PHRF back in the mid eighties. I believe PHRF increased max genoa size from 153% to 155% around 1994.
