VOLVO along with the Royal St. Lawrence Yacht Club is hosting the Laser 28 North American Championships on September 24-25, 2016. 

For those coming from out of town please contact the Club Manager (514-631-2720) to arrange for Launching and Hauling of your boat for this event. Cost of this is included in the regatta fee. If you know of other boats attending that I haven't included please send this to them.

Please note we have change the date of this event to the 24-25th of Sept. We had a scheduling problem we had to overcome.

I see a lot of speed wrinkles in the mains; what wind range is this trim used in ? thx, john

I sail on # 214 and we set the luff tension like this for zero to 18 knots true. After that we get it so it's a little smoother but still some wrinkling. Seems to be fastest like this.
When sailing on the boat the luff of the mainsail doesn't look as wrinkled as the pics show it looks smoother.
