To try and encourage more aggressive hiking when beating to windward, I'm going to install toerail cushions for my crew.  Anyone have any suggestions or can I just go buy a pool noodle from Canadian Tire and use that?

Chris I saw some toerail cushions at our local shop here. Try binnacle.ca and they should be around the area that sell lifeline cushions. (same manufacturer anyway) It occurred to me that maybe I could replace that section of high track with something lower profile so I could continue to use the track for twings but I am not sure of the spacing of bolts. I am guessing that the current track captures the bolt heads and allows them to fit whatever pattern is there and lower profile tracks might need to be drilled to match. Anyway I had enough other projects that I am putting that off for another season.
