   Has anyone had experience in either replacing or repairing the metal stem fitting on the bow?

Mine has corroded and broken in several places where there are rivets holding in the fore-most piece of the bow pulpit, such that it's now likely a safety hazard.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated...
