soft lockers

Read about washing the soft lockers, so now, I want to pull them out of the boat. How do you go about removing them? and more importantly, reinstalling them.

	Took another look today and I found that the channel that holds the Soft lockers have a wide spot in it. They came out easily. Now has anybody replaced the plastic clip wich holds the wooden handle/dowel for the soft lockers? If so where can I find a couple?
