Have you brought it in for repair? We use a shop Montreal who is very good. They also have a shop in Toronto. Not all cracked heads can be repaired though. They have to do a pressure test and see if it's repairable. They don't charge for the estimate. Last one I got repaired 3 yrs ago cost $1200. And it worked perfectly. Unfortunately heads cannot be found. It's critical that the engine be winterized properly to prevent this problem from occurring. http://uwp.ca/en/home/
